Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you have received broken items or have been short supplied please contact us via email at accounts@pncimports.com.au within 14 days upon receipt of your order. If your credit claim is approved, we will replace or credit you accordingly.
Included with your request must be the following:
- Item number and invoice number
- Photos of all broken items
- A brief description of the fault or issue
Requests for credits will NOT be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.
Freight Cost
Freight cost will be calculated according to the cubic weight of your order and we will email you a proforma invoice with freight cost.
Estimated Shipping Time
The following is a guide only to estimated shipping time in Australia.
- Metropolitan area around mainland capital cities: 2-5 Business Days
- NSW Central Coast and Newcastle: 3-5 Business Days
- Regional Victoria: 3-5 Business Days
- Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast: 5-7 Business Days
- Western Australia: 5-10 Business Days
- All other areas: 5-10 Business Days
During busy holiday periods, we cannot guarantee deliveries within these listed shipping times. Please note the usual shipping time may be extended or delayed due to the larger than usual shipping volumes at that time of the year.
